Tax Time

I hate tax time. I get nervous doing them and this year I had 4 to do. This past weekend I was busy getting them done and today I filed the last one. What a relief! Luckily none of them were too hard to do. Now we can sit back and enjoy the rest of the year and look forward to some refunds. It's nice to see my boys receive a refund. They can sure use the extra money. Before we know it I will be sitting down filing again. It just seems to go that fast.

Tax Time

I always dread this time of year when we have to gather all of our tax information together and either go to a tax preparer or do them yourself like I do. I sat for almost 5 hours the other day doing ours. I did a few things in between. I was amazed how long I sat at my computer. I have them almost done and am still waiting on one more piece of information. I always thought it was law to have the W2s and 1099s out by the end of January. Evidently not everyone abides by that. Oh well, it's teaching me patience.
