Shake Weight

I went out and bought me the new Shake Weight this weekend. I was anxious to try it so I used it for awhile yesterday. I felt fine but in the night I noticed that my shoulder was in a lot of pain. My sons have been doing a special work out program for several months now and before they began they had to go out and purchase a few items that they needed for their workout. Walking

I have been trying really hard to walk most days. Today I got two walks in before it started to rain. I even had to jog about a half of block home because the rain was coming down pretty good. New Bikes

My husband and I have bought new bikes for ourselves. Our old ones are just not comfortable to ride. We found two bikes that match in a woman's and a man's style bike. They are the brand of Schwinn. I just love my new bike and my husband loves his too. They are considered to be comfort bikes and it's fun to ride them. The seats are comfortable and they really are a smooth ride. I know we will get a lot of enjoyment out of them. Mine is similar to the one in the picture, it's just a different color.
