Alzheimers

My mother in law has Alzheimer's and the other day she fell pretty hard and hurt her head. I wonder what goes through her mind when she feels the pain that the fall caused but maybe doesn't remember the fall. It is so sad to see people you love go through this ailment. She has failed so much in the past 6 months.
