Peaches
Don't you just love this time of year with all the fresh fruits and vegetables. I have notice in most stores when it comes to buying peaches that they are all so hard. A trick we use in our house is to put them into a brown paper bag and let them sit on the counter for a couple of days. By doing this they ripen to perfection. Just don't forget about them, be sure and check them everyday, then enjoy.

A former neighbor gave me about 8 peaches from Amish country and are they ever good. I haven't had fresh peaches for years.
