Chicken

A little while back a girl I work with wanted to try and get rid of some chickens she had in her freezer. So a few of us girls took some. I took one because my husband does not eat chicken. My youngest son was coming home for the weekend so I put it in the oven and it turned out amazing. He and I gobbled a lot of it down and I ended up sending some home with him for his brother. It was so good.
