Employment Screening

It seems more common now then days in the past that many places of work involve employment screening for new possible employees. I guess I don't blame the employer because who wants to have a bad hire of someone? It pays to see if they have had any problems with the law or other kinds of behavior that could be a problem in hiring them. I know of one employer who can actually do background checks and I think that's great!
