I have really been busy the last few week posting on my blogs. I really enjoy it and it is great to make extra cash. Especially with Christmas coming, we can use all the extra money we can earn. I hope the opportunities keep coming.

Back in the day, families would wait for the back to school sales and then get up early to go to their local department store to find their clothes and their backpacks and their school supplies. Now that I got huges sattelite internet, all of that changed.

Retailers online begin doing back to school sales almost as soon as school gets out. To find the best deals you need to be on the lookout. I personally use a website called www.slickdeals.net to find out the best deals. Just recently, I was able to obtain a free Jansport backpack from Staples with a mail in rebate. I heard about the deal on Slickdeals and was able to get on it quickly. That is a savings of $60 dollars. You can't find that in a store.

Shopping for school supplies like paper and pencils can be frustrating. Amazon has a new program called Subscribe and Save, which allows you to sign up to receive paper once every interval you set. That could be once a month, once every other month, or every six months. Because you are "subscribing" to the item, they give you a pretty hefty discount. Then when the school year is over, you can just cancel your subscription. I was able to save lot of money and time this way.

The internet has made all of this shopping possible thanks to the great satellite internet prices I got.

With having a blog of my own I have an easy access to many types of blogs. One I ran across was the carinsurancelist blog. This blog has all kinds of interesting information on things dealing with insurance, traffic situations, and other interesting topics. It is very informative and worth checking out.

Blogging

I love to blog. It's even better when I can make some income with it. It is a great filler in along with my part time job that I have. I have been able to pay for tires on our car, taking a trip, or just adding to our saving account. The Lord has really blessed me with this. It's fun to make money at something that is fairly easy to do and enjoyable.

It seems as though since the holidays have been here I haven't done much blogging and then suddenly I am blogging quite a bit today. I guess I've been sort of busy getting ready for the holidays, working and doing some updating to our home. There's not much time left after that.
