Destination Weddings

Planning a wedding can be stressful but can also be so fun. Anymore when we go to a wedding they are so fantastic even way more then when I got married 27 years ago. Can you imagine planning a wedding down in the Riviera Maya in Mexico? My husband and I have been there and it is absolutely beautiful. This is the perfect location for destination weddings. A couple could plan their entire ceremony on the white sandy beach and then take their honeymoon at a Karisma Hotel where they offer an all inclusive package. This hotel is luxurious and you will feel pampered like you should be on your honeymoon. What a way to have the wedding and honeymoon of your dreams.

Suntanning

Well, I think my suntanning days are numbered. I told my husband the other day that we just as well take down the pool now because the water is way to cold to get into it and I can't imagine that we will be getting anymore long stretches of hot weather in the near future to warm it up. So, I guess if I want to tan anymore I will have to lay in my lawn chair and soak up some rays.

DVR

A couple of years ago with hooked up with Dish Network. We really like it except when we get bad weather then we lose our signal. Other then that it is great. Along with it we got a dual receiver and a DVR. I don't know how we got along without it before. It is the most amazing unit. It makes recording our favorite shows so easy and the playback couldn't be more simple. It sure makes life easier then the vhs players.

Paintball Marker Package

Fall Weather

I realize that September is just around the corner but we have had so much weather that feels like fall, this week especially. They are saying the lows will get down into the 40s this weekend. Brrr is all I can say. It just seems so early but then we haven't had a normal summer, it's been quite cool most of the time. I love fall but I hope this weather doesn't bring in an early winter.

Work Schedule

At the beginning of summer we had an employee leave us for another job. So of course that has left us shorthanded and I have been putting in more hours at work. At first I didn't like it but when I saw my paycheck I thought to myself, "This is okay!" Now my husband, who is the boss, has hired a new gal. With her being hired we have changed the work schedule so that I will be picking up 4 more days a month. I am somewhat happy about it because I can continue to get those larger checks.

Office Furniture

My husband has a nice office but sometimes I think it would be nice if he could update some of his office furniture. When putting new furniture in an office it really adds warmth and class to it. He has many people go in and out of his office and it does look inviting but I think it would look more inviting with more up to date type of furniture such as chairs and a new desk. Maybe someday that will happen.

RV Parks

My family loves to camp. There is nothing like being out in your camper or tent in a beautiful park enjoying each others company and getting away from everyday life. Many people enjoy taking their campers and motorhomes with them when they travel across the country and are on the outlook for some nice rv parks. Vegas Vacations

Have you ever had a chance to take Vegas vacations? We were very lucky to get to travel through Las Vegas several years ago and we stayed a couple of nights in one of their beautiful hotels. Vegas is so lively and full of fun. There is so much to see and do there. There is a lot of great entertainment to see for the whole family. It is so worth the time to plan a vacation to Vegas. I am hoping that sometime in the near future we can go again.

Bluetooth Headset

Just about anywhere you go you see people on their cell phones. Many people use them to keep in contact with loved ones or business associates. A friend of ours is an insurance sales man and is on the road a lot. He uses a Bluetooth headset all the time to keep in contact with his customers and his main office. It is so handy for him and it keeps him safer when he is communicating while driving down the road. This is a great way to never miss a call.

Hot and Humid

We had the most mild, cool July in a long time but since it became August the heat and humidity are on the rise. It finally feels like summer. It can be kind of miserable when your outside trying to do any kind of work but I'm not complaining. I like it to feel like summer. Maybe now our pool can actually warm up.

Working

I have had to work the past six days in a row. I haven't worked that many days in a row in many many years. It went pretty well and my sore feet survived it but I am so glad that stretch is over. Now I have 2 days off and am looking so forward to it. I'm hoping to take some time and just relax and maybe even get out to the pool for awhile.
