Colon Cleansers That Work

I have heard how important it is to keep our colons healthy. Experts say that we should use colon cleansers to keep it clean and healthy. But I am not sure which are the colon cleansers that work? I would want to use a product I know is going to do a good job and get it done right and not waste money on products that don't.
