For a couple of years now I have been using Listerine Whitening Rinse and have been very pleased with the results. You are able to prerinse twice a day but I mainly do it in the morning. It tastes good and I have had several comments on how white my teeth are. It is less costly then the whitening strips and I feel it does an
exceptional job. I even let the company know how I felt and they rewarded me with some nice coupons off the purchase of a couple of new bottles.
